Customer reviews resonate with joy and slight reservations. Visitors often rave about the fresh ingredients and the aesthetic appeal of the pastries. For instance, Shaina T. highlights the freshness of the strawberries, indicating that the quality here is compelling. However, as noted by JJ G., while their pastries look impressive, sometimes they might fall short of an overwhelming "WOW" factor in taste. This balance of expectations is essential to keep in mind.
Moreover, as Candace M. beautifully recounted, the Red Velvet Cake emerged as a star at her holiday tea party, showcasing how this bakery's creations can elevate gatherings and celebrations. While prices may lean slightly higher than average, the quality of ingredients and presentation make it a worthwhile investment for gourmet indulgence.
In conclusion, Paris Baguette McLean serves as a vibrant space where delightful pastries and cakes can make any day feel special. “ Very good first experience. I had one of their wraps, although it looked fresh it contained ALOT on the nutrition facts--which makes me believe that they're not prepped in house. I really wanted to try their coffee, but maybe another time. The place was sooo cute, prices were a little pricey per pastry, but once you see the pastries you'll see that the price matches the quality you're getting. Ordered a couple of pastries to try, and the gag is...I just feel like there was nothing WOW about any of the ones I picked. By the way the pastries looked I was super excited try, but it all just tasted very very sweet to me. I recommend the mochi fruity pebbles doughnut for anyone wanting to try something new. ”
“ Bonjour! This was definitely a beautiful sweet treat from my husband on an early Saturday morning I can't wait to visit and try more items for myself. The strawberry's were so fresh! I'll be back myself to post a full around response ”
“ I'm a big fan of Paris baguette, and the shop in Tysons does not disappoint. They always have a wide selection of fresh pastries, both savory and sweet, as well as fancier cakes and patisserie in the cabinets near the cash register. They also have a rotating seasonal selection of delicious coffees and teas. You can't go wrong with any of the pastries offered here, though I am a particular fan of the various croissants and castella. I think pricing is pretty comparable to other bakeries in the area. ”
“ Their pastries are yummmmmy!! Just wish they had better indoor seating but it must just be the space they were offered. ”
“ The red velvet cake was the star of the show at my annual holiday tea party last saturday. Everyone loved the moistness of the cake most importantly and the frosting was light enough it wasnt overpowering. The addition of strawberries added a freshness we hadnt had in a red velvet before! ”
“ Great pastries and drinks. Really busy but well staffed. Get there early on weekends to get your pastries because they do run out! ”
“ Tips 1. One of the few dessert places open late. 2. It's a Korean Bakery although the name says Paris LOL 3. Parking is hard to find, even late nights; go around the corner 4. They have Cronuts ”
“ This Paris Baguette was the first location where I tried the matcha latte and fell in love. It is located on the corner of the building, which slightly limited parking. This was conveniently located within walking distance of my work at one point. This location is slightly smaller than the other 2 I have visited, but that's okay. They have everything I "need" haha. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have some outdoor seating, which is nice. I have purchased a few of their pastries, but mostly came for the matcha latte and the tiramisu cake. ”
“ This place is conveniently located and my friends and I like to visit often in the mornings for coffee and pastries. Staff is always friendly, store is very organized and clean, and coffee is consistently good! Can't go wrong with any of their savory or sweet pastries, or the cake slices, which are the perfect combination of not-too-sweet and flavorful. My recent go-to has been the cookie butter latte, which I ask for less sweet. It tastes like biscoff cookie butter in latte form, and it's just the right amount of sweetness to accompany the espresso notes and milk ratio! Always looking forward to coming here. ”
